Description

Been tasked to dedicate an illustration of a selected object from Singapore's History Museum, which is the vintage fashion of Singapore’s early 90s. I’m happy with the vintage effects!

Vintage Suit Man, 1910s-1920s 

"The trend of man wearing suits hit Singapore during the early 20th century. Many wore these to work or on business trips carrying along a briefcase. Hats were popular given the hot weather in Singapore. It was considered smart and professional to wear such, being very common among affluent families. However the trend almost entirely vanished after World War II as the Japanese sought to eradicate all forms of Anglo-Saxon influence in the country."

Absolutely love the lighting here! Also love how you drew the background people with their varied body types. They aren't overly detailed so they don't distract much from the foreground, but you can tell that they're locals :D Keep it up!
